Thanks for having me and for the welcome! I have read Salty Piece of Land, and I enjoyed it, but I haven't read anything else authored by Buffett. A Pirate Looks at Fifty is on my list, though. That is a good book...haven't read the second one yet. Don't know if you would read his book written from a pig's point of view in New York City, but it's a fast read and fun. It doesn't have any zombies in it though. Welcome again. I will add you to my Crasker contacts list.

Welcome woman! is that a reasonable nickname? "woman"? it sounds a little deprecating. Our official greeter is taking a brief vacation. He'll give you a more proper welcome after he returns. We don't use "The" in our group name--I noticed that when looking at your character sheet. Well, we're a pretty low-drama group. We can be a bit slow on the forum, but we're a pretty well-established group that is larger than those who post here regularly. The 'burb is in reasonably good shape at the moment. You'll find the "main triangle" (Craske/Goldney/Usher/Cornelius/Nuttycombe) is the core of our area, though we do try to spread out across the burb to keep eyes out everywhere for encroachment. If you get deaded, Mester is usually pretty quick revive. Feel free to post here, too if someone sees it, they can get you up and running again quickly. Once again, welcome aboard!

You can call me... <dramatic pause>... Blondie. <spaghetti western-style whistle> Group name corrected. For the time being I'm 1 burb away, still trying to help out with the defense of Fort Creedy. Once I get an idea of what's needed in the Crasker's territory, I'll head that way. BTW I'm role playing this character as strictly nonviolent. I'll heal, revive, repair, cade - all that, but don't be dumbfounded if I don't finish off that 2 HP zed in the safehouse.

Oh, we'll get along just fine! Just tell me where the problem is, and I'll dish out my own version of, er, "nonviolence". Welcome, Blondie!

Hey fellas! As far as I can see, you are really a great bunch. But I see that people don't really use the forum very much, and that's something that's important to me. I thought you might like to know why I'm drifting off again so soon. I'm hooking up with The Burchell Arms Regulars, so I imagine we'll see each other around sometimes. Thanks for the warm welcome, and take care.

I don't think she realizes that we would have offered the weary traveler those free drinks without the need to join up.
Oh well. Fare well up North, Blondie!
<downs the last of her Red Bull and Vodka, then wipes the glass>

Shame, you got it all wrong. These forums are the reason I (and a few others) still play the game. If you ever want an ally, look up Big Chaz (former PKer, last few years I've been nice) and say hey. I can usually be found in Bustin.

I wouldn't trade you guys for them!!!

Okay, slight misunderstanding here. Looks like some topics were invisible to me until I got approved for membership, so I thought the posts on this forum were VERY infrequent. If you don't mind, I'm going to stay here and see how it goes. I'm revivificating right now. When my AP is good, I stand and head your way.

We're not crazy-active, but there are 1-10 posts every day.
There is activity in the OOC board regularly. And we generally get good 'trash talk' going when zed groups come tell us that they're attacking.

I'm in the Craske Museum. I'm out of FAKs. Man, it's gonna take me forEVer to walk to the nearest hospital. Soooo... Crasker One-Stop thread is where I should post status updates, FNG questions, things like that, I assume? (And I installed the script that colorizes people specifically for the Craskers.)

Sweetie...she changed her mind again...she's staying here. Hi Blondie, I'm Atty, short for Attila the Hunny. I'm a member of the Holy Order of the Pint (the HOP) and the Godson Arms is my home. The HOP and Mad Craskers work very closely together and many reside in the Godson. We serve the best hootchtinis in Malton. I've been a member of this board since last year and consider it a great privilege that they have taken me in. They are a super group and I love them all dearly!!

I thought the long island went the way of the manhattan and the whiskey sour. They still serve them at Applebees. I Usually order a few when i don't feel like just rum and coke. Same person as above. Just from a registered account this time. No name? OK, do i say "you" or "woman" when talking to you? It'll sound like a zombie western. "Get out there and kill some zombies woman!" Yeah, i'll be over here tending the "garden".

I was expecting a more traditional welcome.
